Deadline Extension – Invitation for Comments on Proposed Regulations under the California Deferred Deposit Transaction Law

On April 10, 2015, the Department of Business Oversight (DBO) issued an Invitation for Comments on proposed rulemaking under the California Deferred Deposit Transaction Law. Due to the size and complexity of the proposed regulations, the DBO has extended the deadline to submit comments by 30 days.

The new deadline to submit comments is June 24, 2015.
