Arthur Washington to Speak at SBLC

The Department of Business Oversight is pleased to welcome Arthur Washington, CEO of Nor-Cal FDC as a speaker at the Small Business Lenders Conference (SBLC) on October 30, at the Milton Marks Conference Center located in the Hiram W. Johnson State Office Building, 455 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California. Mr. Washington will join Teveia R. Barnes, Executive Director of the California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank to discuss the Small Business Loan Guarantee Program.
