Leverstone Company LLC using DBO logo without authorization

The Department of Business Oversight (DBO) has received information that an entity calling itself Leverstone Company LLC, has embedded the DBO logo and/or seal in at least one of its contracts.  This entity does not have a license with DBO, nor does it have permission to use the DBO’s name, seal or logo.
