Proposed Regulations: Money Transmission Act – Agent of Payee Exemption
The Commissioner of Business Oversight has filed notice of proposed regulations that clarify the scope of the agent of payee exemption under the Money Transmission Act under Financial Code section 2010, subdivision (l). Interested parties may submit written comments relevant to the proposed regulations until April 20, 2020.
