Second 15 Day Comment Period: Money Transmission Act Regulations

The Commissioner of the California Department of Business Oversight (DBO) requests comments on additional modifications to the proposed regulations implementing the Money Transmission Act. The Office of Administrative Law originally published these regulations on July 9, 2014. If parties have comments regarding the proposed modifications, the DBO will accept written comments between May 20 and June 4.
